Home made Indian style of veg noodles its very simple and quick make recipe. Veg noodles is Indo Chinese dish and every one like the noodles ,you can make noodles as a snack with add some green vegetables. Making this healthy and delicious veg noodles is super easy and it takes only 20 minutes.
Follow the method of cooking.

Total time – 20 min
- noodles 150 gram
- ginger 1/2 tsp
- veg oil 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion 1- 2
- chopped capsicum 1- 2
- chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
- black pepper
- vinegar 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- soy sauce 1- 2 tsp
- tomato sauce
How to make veg noodle step by step
- Heat a pan and add few drops of veg oil , with salt. when water is boil add the noodles.
- When the noodle cook all dente in ample amount of water and drain and rinse them well.
- Heat a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger on low flame.
- Add the chopped capsicum and toss stir fry on the high flame till all veg are cooked.
- Add the soy sauce , salt and black pepper ,vinegar and then add the boil noodles.
- Keep tossing the noodles 1- 2 min.
- Veg noodles are ready to serve.
- Serve the noodles with tomato sauce.
- you can add the vegetables carrot, beans, cabbage.
- you can serve the noodles with manchurian.
