How to make pav bhaji at home



  • PRE & COOKING = 50_60 min


  • 11/2 tsps oil
  • 11/2 tsp pav bhaji masala 
  • 1/2 red chilli power
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 onins, green chilli,2 tomatoes
  • cauliflower florets
  • peas  and beans
  • potatoes,cubed
  • Large carrot ,cubed 
  • salt to taste
  • we started pressure cook potatoes,carliflower,peas,beans,carrort along with 1cup water,till soft and drain and left over water and keep aside mash all the vegetables.
  • heat oil in pan add the green chills and onins and saute for 4 min.
  • add ginger garlic paste and saute for another mins.
  • add capsicum and saute 2 min
  • add  the chilli pwd,turmeric pwd and pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  • adds tomatoes and cook approx 5-7 min.
  • add mashed vegetables along with a cup of the drained vegetable stock and cook for a min.
  • adjust salt and gravy will begin to thick. Turn off heat and add butter lemon combine.
  • for garnish slice of onion and lemon.and serve with green chilli souce.
  • now your pav bhaji is ready to eat.
