There are many ways to reduce body weight and summer is the best season to lose body weight if you want to have the look of a person who fit and you will lose your body fat without any drugs .you can do this at home.and i am sharing the  few ways for fitness and lose weight.

1.lemon juice— its is very simple to make lemon juice .but the health benefit by lemon juice is  the digestion and reduce fat.its full of vitamin c which is help our body metabolize cholesterol.The best way to lose  weight and keep it off is to eliminate toxins from the body  and keep your liver and digestive system healthy. IN the particular poor digestion hinders weight loss by stopping the body getting the nutrients its needs to burn fat and by causing a build up of toxins in the blood stream that slows down metabolism.and its also help to relieve heartburn.

2.Cardio Exercise Cardio, short for cardiovascular exercises, forms an integral part of any fitness plan that helps in increasing heart rate and boosting blood flow throughout the body, which is necessary for increasing energy and burning calories.Just like any other muscle, the heart also needs proper working out for functioning effectively. 3.Sleep hour – The extra half an hour, whether you sleep 5 hr or 8 hr can refresh you enough that you will make better.more restful sleep 7 to 8 hr is the best also boost your metabolism.the better health getting a good night sleep won’t grant you immunity from disease. and the other part is physiological. hormone leptin plays a key role in making you feel full. when you don’t get enough sleep, leptin levels drop. and the result come people who tired are just plain hungrier  and they seem to crave hing fat and high calories foods specifically.

4.Diets for weight loss – Eat vegetables to help you feel full, Drink plenty of water, don’t eat junk food , stay busy – you dont want to eat just because you are bored , eat only fresh food. Eat at least 20 grm  of fiber per day from whole grains, fruits , and vegetables, fiber helps keep you  feeling longer — when you trying to lose weight. Calcuim  and vitamin D these nutrients often occur together in food, especially dairy its help to strengthen your body.protein such as fish, white meat , chops ,eggs , its help to keep your feeling longer which is a big  benefit when you trying lose weight.water drinking more water at least 4 liter per day.also Green tea at least 3 cups of every day , the antioxidants of high amount  helpful in weight loss.

5.Early morning  walk –  Regular morning walk is good for our heart. one prominent benefit of early morning walk is that it can help  reduce high blood pressure and high cholesterol both   of which contribute to heart disease.and its help control your body weight .more intake of fresh oxygen increases the fat burning process and hence increases the chances of weight control.Did you know that 30 minute walk early in morning is equivalent to 2 hour  hard core exercise in the gym? and the freshness and mist that you feel in early morning is certainly a luxury and pretty much exclusive too. the best time for morning walk is between 5:00 Am to 7 :00 Am.
