We are sharing with you a wonderful Doughnut Recipe. Now you can make doughnut easily at home. Doughnuts are fun to make and it never ceases to amaze me how good they taste straight from the deep fryer. This is when their golden brown crust is nice and crisp, yet inside the doughnut is wonderfully soft. They become extra special when dipped in a chocolate glaze.


Prep – 10min     |      Cook – 30 min     |     Total time -2 h 40 min


Ingredients                    Quantity 

Flour                               225  gram                             

Milk                                 65 ml

Sugar                             25 gram

Salt                                 2.5 gram

Yeast                               15 gram

Egg                                    1


1 – Weigh all the ingredients accordingly.

2 – Sieve the flour.

3- Divide milk in 2 parts, 1 for making sugar and salt solution.

4- Add both solution in flour and egg in it.

5-Start kneading the dough to add milk in it.

6-Grease a bowl and put the dough in it for first fermentation 40 mins.

7- take out the dough and roll the dough with rolls into the rectangle shape and cut it with the dough cutter.

8- Arrange then on the plate by putting some flour on it and put it for second fermenting 20 mins.

9- Take out the dough and deep fry it.


10-Now make 2 chocolate glazes, by adding the glaze to a double boil.


11- Dip it on the doughnut and let it cool and serve.
