There are many ways to cook the rice. we all usually make rice for dinner and lunch. Rice doesn’t take a long time because it gets easily cook.Today we learn fried rice recipe at home.Make the fried rice is very simple, mostly all the ingredients are available in our home for the fried rice.And it’s a party recipe also, and you can make fried rice for your children’s by adding some fresh vegetable.We have no idea sometimes our guest and relatives are come to our home suddenly and we don’t know what’s for serve in dinner or lunch quickly. Then you can make fried rice for your guest and impress them.

INGREDIENTS –

  • Chopped onion        :             2 -3
  • chopped garlic         :              2 -3
  • Rice                            :            3 cup

  • chopped carrot        :         1/2 cup
  • chopped beans         :        1/2 cup
  • chopped capsicum  :        1/2 cup
  • chopped tomatoes  :        1/2 cup
  • vegetable oil             :        2/3 tsp
  • soya sauce                :        1/2 tsp
  • green chills              :              1-2
  •  salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Directions – 

  • First  boil the rice until they cook well. let the rice cool down.
  •  take a pan add the vegetable oil in it , then add chopped onion , garlic and saute well.
  • Then add all the chopped vegetable in the pan and mix well on medium flame.
  • When all the vegetable are cooked well . add the steamed rice in it and start mixing.
  • Add  salt and black pepper according to taste.then add soya sauce in it.
  • Start mixing properly and cook for 2 – 3 min.
  • Then remove to serving bowl.
  • Fried rice  is ready to serve.
