This protein shake definitely keeps your energy consumption. Today we are going to share protein shake with chocolate and bananas. The benefits of this shake is weight gain because banana is full of calcium which build for muscle strong  so if you are thinking  about weight gain with out any effort just take this drink and you will be see quick effect on your body.  This is very nutritious shake . It is very easy & quick, you can make this protein shake in  the  morning  for your family and you also get this shake after workout. This is good initiative in the morning,so go ahead.

  •  Unsalted butter 1/2 tsp Sugar  2 – 3  tsp
  • Banana’s 1 – 2
  • Milk  1  cup
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Choco chips
  • Chocolate
  • Ice cubes


  • Add all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Add the milk in the blender and blend until the smooth.
  • If it’s all ingredients are thick add more milk.
  • Now chocolate banana’s shake ready to serve.

  • Add some choco chips on top of the shake.
